2. Get the proper gear for your race: The importance of personal integrity in your life.
3. Know your motivation, and ways to maintain it:  Values and what charges you up in life.
4. Choose and begin your route:  How will you define success and set meaningful goals?
5. Protect your lane: Setting standards for yourself and boundaries for others.
6. Experience the Victory Podium:  Celebrate your success AND consider the next leg of your race.
